Hon. Dr. Gauri Gupta

Hon. Dr. Gauri Gupta is an accomplished educationist and school leader with over two decades of experience in teaching, school administration, counselling, teacher training, and educational leadership. She currently serves as the Principal of Vasundhara Mother’s Pride Academy, Ghaziabad, where she is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and holistic learning environment for children.

With postgraduate qualifications in Psychology and English, along with a B.Ed. and professional training in counselling and education, Dr. Gupta brings together academic expertise, emotional intelligence, and strong administrative leadership. She has worked extensively in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, student counselling, parent engagement, institutional planning, and professional development.

A certified psychological and career counsellor, she strongly believes in empowering children and educators through meaningful learning experiences. Her contributions to education have been recognised through honours including the Visionary Principal Award 2025, Nari Shakti Award 2025, and Dr.Neet la Bali Capacity Building Award at Principals' Principles 2026 , an Honorary Doctorate in Education Administration and Psychology in 2026

Namrata Singh is an experienced Admission Counsellor with 5 years of professional experience in guiding students and parents through the admission process. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree. With her strong communication skills, student-focused approach, and understanding of the admission process, she is committed to helping families make informed decisions for their children’s education.

Meenakshi Kandpal is a dedicated and experienced Accountant with a strong academic background in B.Com. and M.Com. With a total of 12 years of professional experience, she brings extensive knowledge, accuracy, and commitment to her role. She has been working with the organization for the past 4 years and is known for being responsive, honest, and hardworking. Her sincerity and responsible approach make her a valuable member of the team.

I am serving as the Senior Wing In-charge and have been associated with the school since 2022. With qualifications including B.Ed., M.A. in English, M.A. in Education, and PGPM from IMT, I believe that education is not just about academic excellence but also about nurturing confident, kind, and responsible individuals. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and inspired to do their best. What makes teaching truly special to me is the opportunity to connect with young minds, guide them through their journey, and be a part of their growth and success.

I am Mansi Kathuria, Junior Wing In-charge and Class Teacher of Senior KG, with 6 years of teaching experience. My qualifications are BCA, PGDCA, and B.Ed. I believe in creating a joyful, nurturing, and child-centred learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, confidence, and holistic development in every child.

Holding a diploma in Elementary Education and currently pursuing my B.A. (Hons) in English, I bring 2 years of dedicated classroom experience.

I’m a passionate and caring educator with 3 years of teaching experience and a B.Com qualification. I currently teach Junior KG and truly enjoy being a part of young children’s learning journey. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued, happy, and encouraged to learn. What inspires me most is seeing their curiosity, confidence, and growth every day.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Science teacher, qualified with M.Com and B.Ed. I believe in making learning engaging, interactive, and meaningful by encouraging curiosity and active participation among students. My passion for teaching comes from inspiring young minds, nurturing their confidence, and helping them develop a love for learning.

With 7 years of experience in teaching Social Studies, I strive to make learning interactive, practical, and enjoyable. I hold a B.A., B.Ed., and M.A. in Political Science. I encourage students to think critically, express their ideas confidently, and understand the world around them. I believe in nurturing not just academic growth, but also responsible and empathetic individuals.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics teacher with a qualification in B.Sc. (P.C.M.) and N.T.T./P.T.T., and I am currently pursuing M.A. in Education. I believe in making learning engaging, interactive, and meaningful by encouraging curiosity, active participation, and a positive learning environment among students.
My passion for teaching comes from inspiring young minds, nurturing their confidence, strengthening their conceptual understanding, and helping them develop a genuine love for learning. My name is Priyanka and I’m a passionate and caring educator with one year of experience teaching nursery students. I create a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged to learn. I’m passionate about teaching because I love nurturing children’s curiosity, confidence, and growth.

I am Bandana Joshi, a dedicated teacher with over 20 years of experience in creating engaging and child-friendly learning experiences. I follow a simple, interactive and student-centred teaching approach that nurtures confidence, creativity and curiosity in every child. What I love most about teaching is watching my students learn, grow and achieve their best.

My name is Pooja Sisodia. I have completed my M.A.  B.Ed. I have 7 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about teaching children and creating a friendly, positive, and comfortable learning environment for them. I teach my students with full dedication and encourage them to learn with confidence and enthusiasm. I always try to understand the individual needs of my students and help them improve both academically and personally.

I have a background in Journalism & Mass Communication and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Advertising & Brand Communication. My core interests lie in social media marketing, branding, content strategy, and creative communication. I enjoy developing ideas that are not only creative but also purposeful, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s objectives.

I believe good communication is about understanding the audience and presenting ideas in a way that feels clear, relevant, and relatable. Through my work, I am constantly exploring new ways to create meaningful content, strengthen digital presence, and bring a fresh perspective to communication. I also enjoy learning from new experiences and adapting to the changing trends in the digital and creative space.

My name is Shivani Sharma. I am a passionate teacher with an MSc in Organic Chemistry and B.Ed., and around four years of teaching experience. I believe in making learning joyful, engaging, and child-friendly through care, patience, and creativity.

I am Surbhi Sharma, a postgraduate, B.Ed and UPTET( junior ) qualified educator. I serve as an English teacher guiding primary and middle school learners. I am passionate about guiding young minds to become confident , curious and lifelong learners.
